Reflexiology What is Reflexiology ? Reflexology is a therapy recorded in texts of the ancient Egyptians and Chinese but was rediscovered as a system of healing, in 1913 by an American, Dr Fitzgerald. Reflexology is a natural, non-invasive therapy where gentle pressure is applied to the different surfaces on the face, hands and feet.

How does it work? The hands, feet and face can be seen as mirror images of the body.
